GM Message
Since starting in Karawang in 2010, Changshin Indonesia has expanded its production footprint to Cikampek and Garut, sustaining continuous growth.
Behind this growth lies our ability to act decisively: embracing new possibilities and responding swiftly to change. Now we aim to connect the capabilities of each production facility even more organically, raising operational synergy and building greater competitiveness as one Indonesia organization.
With quality as our foundation, we will sustain continuous investment and talent development, building a responsible production subsidiary where employees grow together and sustainable value is shared with the local community.
On the strength of an organizational culture unafraid of change and challenge, we will create new opportunities for growth and take another leap forward as the Indonesia subsidiary that drives Changshin’s future growth.
Thank you.
