Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users and other necessary matters in relation to the use of the website (the “Service”) operated by CHANGSHIN (the “Company”).

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws and regulations, and the amended Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service.
  3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service, and users who continue to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect are deemed to have agreed to them.

Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)

Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by the “Personal Information Protection Act,” other applicable laws and regulations, and general commercial practice.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

The Company provides users with the following services.

  • Provision of information about the Company and its business
  • Introduction of products and services
  • Provision of corporate PR content
  • Other website services provided by the Company

The Company may change or discontinue the content and operating methods of the Service as necessary.

Article 5 (Use of the Service)

  1. The Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special circumstances.
  2. The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service in the event of system inspection, maintenance, equipment replacement, failure, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • Using the Service or its content for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior consent
  • Otherwise acting contrary to public order and morals or in violation of applicable laws and regulations

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights to all content posted on the Service (text, images, videos, designs, trademarks, logos, etc.) belong to the Company or the legitimate rights holder.
  2. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or adapt content provided through the Service, or use it for commercial purposes, without the Company’s prior written consent.

Article 8 (Responsibility for External Sites)

The Service may contain links to external websites.
The Company is not responsible for the information, services, or content provided by external websites, and the use of such sites is subject to the policies and terms of those sites.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disaster, war, power outage, communication network failure, system failure, or other comparable force majeure events.
  2. The Company is not liable for any disruption to or damage arising from use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the user.
  3. The Company endeavors to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and currency of information posted on the Service but does not guarantee them, except where specifically provided otherwise by law.
  4. The Company is not liable for damage incurred by users in connection with use of the Service, unless caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

  1. The Company and users shall consult with each other in good faith to amicably resolve any dispute arising in connection with use of the Service.
  2. Disputes not resolved through consultation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
  3. These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms of Use take effect on October 1, 2026.
